How to return
- Email us with your order number and the reason for return.
- We reply with return instructions and the return address within 1 business day.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging.
- Once received, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
Condition: Items should be returned with original packaging and accessories. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
Damaged or defective on arrival: Send us a photo and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost — no return needed.
