Where we ship from: All orders ship from our US warehouse.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time: 3–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Free shipping: Orders of $49 or more to US addresses qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $49 are charged flat-rate shipping, shown at checkout.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us and we will resolve it.
