What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Failure under normal, intended use
- Battery or charging faults not caused by misuse
What is not covered
- Damage from misuse, drops, water exposure or unauthorized repair
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to claim
Email us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or a short video. If the claim is covered, we send a replacement or refund — your choice.
